I bought the Cignal Spy program...and still trying to figure out how to install it....do you know if it really works?

I have seen a demo of Cignal Spy but have not installed on any of our test phones. Are you using Cignal on a Blackberry, iPhone, or other device?
If at all possible could you post a comment on how well Cignal Spy works? You are not the only reader that has asked the question “does Cignal Spy really work?” Here are some of the other questions sent to Ask Aden about Cignal Spy…

Dear Aden..I cannot figure out how to make it work. I have a lot of IT friends...and he was going to install it...and she kept saying...NO you will get in trouble. Not sure but my thoughts are it must work with cell towers. i really don't know. i have the manual and it will take me awhile to get it on my phone...but when I do...i will let you know. I have a sprint Lotus. If you like I can fax you the manual...to see if you can help me. If you want my private email..i will be happy to send it to you. I think you have to have a PHD to install it...(chuckles)
It should not be that tricky. I will ask the Cignal Spy people to post some help for you.

I am sorry, I sent an email to Cignal Spy to see if they could offer some help, but Cignal Spy did not respond.
I would try and track them down if I had spyware installed on their phones.

My brother uses this program with his girlfriend, when he first got it he had problems with it and spoke with there support department and they got it working for him. I guess its pretty confusing when you first get it, so i suggest you try to get some technical support.
I tried contacting CignalSpy support with no luck.
I purchased the signal spy recently and I can't seem to download the app onto my phone. I have the LG Lotus Elite. It always says your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.... im waiting on tech support now.
I am yet another victim. I purchased signal spy over a week ago and have called the phone number that showed up on my bank statement its an empty voice mail that does NOT seem to be connected with any company. Also i have sent at least 12 emails to the "online" support who never are on line and have gotten NO response.
I manageged to get the program installed but when im given the opption to connect no matter what option i select the program is unresponsive.

I'm very sorry to hear about the troubles you're having with Cignal Spy. I went ahead and wrote a new blog post about it just now you can find it by clicking on my site www.askaden.com, your e-mail was the last straw and I felt like I had to stick up for the people that read my blog. Please take a look at the new e-mail and see if it sends a strong enough message that Cignal Spy needs to make things right with you. Feel free to post whatever you want in the comments of that new blog post, the more you write about Cignal Spy being a scam the more attention will draw to the fact that you got screwed over and maybe somebody from their tech support will call you and make things right.

I too bought CignalSpy and tried unsuccessfully to contact support. What a scam. I'm surprised Digital River don't do something about their fraudulant activity

There are only a handful of legitimate spyphone developers (for consumers vs gov't and LEA's). And some software is more truly covert than others.
Assuming you have a compatible phone and you know how to adjust a few settings, the software should not be difficult to install. If you have a tech issue, a real company will have some kind of live or ticket support and money back guarantee.
Keep in mind this kind of software is a gray legal area. It can get you into a lot of trouble if not used appropriately. And what is 'appropriate' is open to interpretation.

Hi another one scammed by cignalspy. I read the refund policy they are located in Michigan hope this helps.I have tried several times to get some help from the Company , but no one ever contacted me. It was easy to get some one to answer questions on how to install and other generic questions, but as soon as they were paid I can't get a hold of them via e-mail. Does anyone have any info on this company?
